How to add a receipt

1. Add the receipt first. Choose Take Photo to photograph it now, or Choose Photo / Browse Files to select an existing image or PDF. No date, amount or other details are requested first.

2. Review the receipt. Once the receipt is attached, continue to the details screen and enter or check the information shown on it.

3. Link the task when relevant. Selecting a task automatically carries its client and task reference with the expense. Leave it as a general expense when it is not task-specific.

4. Submit. The original receipt is retained for reimbursement, month-end processing and optional client invoicing.

You will only see this guide the first time you use Receipts & expenses on this device.

  1. Open Field Service in Safari.
  2. Tap the page menu beside the address bar.
  3. Open Website Settings.
  4. Set Location to Allow, then reload the page.

Android — Chrome

  1. Open Field Service in Chrome.
  2. Tap the site-information icon beside the address.
  3. Open Permissions.
  4. Set Location to Allow, then reload the page.

If Location is still unavailable, enable Location Services for Safari or Chrome in the phone’s main Settings app.
